Dallas-based MYCON Common Contractors, Inc. (MYCON) has promoted three crew members. Aleisha Wilks, MSc, Conan Schantz, and Hans Bauer have been promoted to key management roles in estimating and operations.

Wilks, who joined MYCON in 2014, was promoted to director of estimating. In her new function, Wilks will make sure the accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness of all bids.
