French contractor Bouygues has been chosen by British property firm Segro to redevelop Les Gobelins railway station in southwestern Paris as a logistics centre.
The 75,000 sq m Segro Paris Les Gobelins Centre shall be divided into 20 modular models designed by French architect Les Ateliers 4+.
The undertaking goals to satisfy Paris’ low emission zone quota for automobiles and scale back the carbon footprint of deliveries within the metropolis.

Segro can also be planning a close-by amenity containing a café, a concierge service, a bicycle restore store, a click-and-collect facility and a recycling level.
