German development gear firm Bomag has created a Spanish subsidiary referred to as Bomag Ibérica de Maquinaria.
The transfer follows its acquisition of Spanish and Portuguese gear vendor Maquinter, which had distributed its compaction and highway constructing vary within the area since 1993.
The brand new firm will promote Bomag’s merchandise, both immediately or via a seller and repair accomplice community, all through the Spanish mainland and the Canary Islands.
The corporate will retain all staff and keep a headquarters outdoors Madrid.
