Skanska has completed two “summer time slammer” school renovation initiatives in Boston, Massachusetts, collectively valued at $13m.
Executed throughout summer time when college students are away, the initiatives have been an $11m improve to Northeastern College’s Robinson Corridor, and a $2m renovation of Boston School’s Higgins Corridor.
On the Robinson Corridor undertaking, Skanska undertook a 35,000-square-foot improve to the 5-story tutorial constructing, together with the set up of a brand new rooftop unit and round 100 variable air quantity methods to enhance local weather controls.
