Vinci Energies has introduced the acquisition of two Dutch corporations working within the maritime sector for an undisclosed quantity.
The businesses purchased from the identical shareholder are RH Marine and Bakker Sliedrecht.
RH Marine has been in enterprise for greater than a century and a half and now supplies automation and electrical companies.
Bakker was based in 1919. It designs electrical techniques for the nautical, dredging and offshore sectors.
The offers open a brand new marketplace for the French contractor’s Energies division.
Vinci mentioned it will €160m to its present turnover of €19.3bn, and can increase its 3,900 payroll by 620 workers.
The transaction shall be submitted to the Dutch competitors authority for approval. If that is granted, the deal shall be finalised earlier than the tip of the 12 months.
