The Danish Power Company has accredited development for German utility RWE’s 1.1GW Thor offshore wind farm, clearing the best way for work to begin within the spring.
The plan is to put in 72 Siemens generators some 22km off the western shore of Jutland.

RWE Offshore Wind’s chief working officer Thomas Michel stated the undertaking can be Denmark’s largest.
