James Clayton Pedrick, Gregory Corridor Melton, John David Melton, Timothy “Bo” Strickland and Evans Concrete LLC have been charged in September 2020 with conspiring to repair costs, rig bids and allocate jobs for the sale of concrete in residential, industrial and public initiatives.
