Texas-headquartered international engineer Fluor has introduced two boardroom adjustments, with Jim Breuer appointed within the newly created Chief Working Officer (COO) function and Kevin Hammonds taking on as Chief Authorized Officer (CLO).
As COO, Breuer will oversee Fluor’s undertaking supply and worker distribution throughout the corporate’s three enterprise segments: Power Options, Mission Options, and City Options.
Hammonds will change John Reynolds as CLO, when he retires after 40 years with the corporate.
