Swedish contractor Skanska has received a $91m contract to construct a 7,000 sq m meat science and expertise centre at Texas A&M College.
The ability will likely be positioned on the Faculty Station campus and can comprise an auditorium, laboratories, school rooms, seminar areas and processing capabilities, in addition to workplaces for graduate college students and college.
Texas A&M college runs a meat science programme that teaches programs on meat choice and grading, merchandising, processing and meals security.
Building is because of start in December 2025 and be accomplished by January 2028.
