License Grant
KATHEER LIMITED grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PMMilestone v3.0 and its associated materials for personal or internal business purposes. This license allows you to:

Termination

This License Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this agreement at any time by discontinuing use of PMMilestone v3.0 and destroying all copies of the product in your possession. KATHEER LIMITED may terminate this agreement if you breach any of the terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the product and destroy any copies.

Disclaimer of Warranties
PMMilestone v3.0 is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. KATHEER LIMITED does not warrant that the product will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall KATHEER LIMITED be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use PMMilestone v3.0.

Governing Law
This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement
This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and KATHEER LIMITED regarding the use of PMMilestone v3.0 and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
